Jake + Michelle: You're the 1

Jake and Michelle are awesome. And completely in love. You can tell immediately.

I could stop there with there, but I won't. When organizing this engagement shoot, we had origianally planned to have a campfire theme down on a beach with roasting marshmallows and the whole bit, ( her idea, so awesome! )but the rain in May kept delaying us. After a scare again of rain on this night, we decided to give a coffee shop theme a go and it was a good decision. We met in downtown St. Kitts and had a blast on a side street before going in for a cup of coffee, then found a great alley way to try some dramatic backlit flash stuff.

Great fun with these two and I can't wait to shoot their big day in August!.

Make sure to peak at the last shot here. It was fun to do a 'gif-ified" eshoot!

Rich + Chelsie: You're the 1

This one is a bit different and a bit more special than usual. You see, I've known Rich and have been good buds with him for forever, and were even roomates at one point when we move to Australia for a year. I get to photograph him uniting with his beautiful fiance Chelsie in August and I am excited.

Rich and Chelsie share a love for volleyball and just goofing around in general. They still act like they are on their first flirty date whenever I see them and that's awesome. I hope they continue for years to be in love with eachother like they are now. We had fun wandering around Ball's Falls one evening taking some flicks while just dodging a hail storm passing by. Caught the sweet sunset after the storm though at the end of the shoot. It was something else.

Take a stroll with us, they're lots of fun!

Greg and Rebecca: You're the 1

Meet Greg and Rebecca. A wonderful couple who plan to be married this fall. And they are planning it backwards! I got a phone call from Greg a while ago asking about my availability for a certain date because he was planning on proposing when she was next in town. They had already picked a date and picked a hall they liked, so the photographer was next!

So he proposed, she said "YES!" and then we met up for photos to capture the spirit of the couple. Greg asked for a waterfall or something because Rebecca loves them so I brought them down to a popular spot here in Niagara. Can you guess where we went? We had a great time swatting bugs and climbing rocks along the stream to get the perfect shots. I love my job!

Enjoy the photos and then let me know your guess at the bottom, and maybe let me know what you think of the full set. It would be great to hear from you.

Enjoy the view!

Tom + Tanya: You're the 1

Tom and Tanya are set to be wed this month, and I am set to photograph their big day at Queenston Heights on fair Friday afternoon. We thought we should get to know how we worked together before the big day, so we set off to try to make some photos at Balls Fall's a few Saturdays ago, and the following is how it went.
