Michelle and Matthew: 2 Become 1 !

Back in June I was delighted to second shoot for Justyna Sokolowski at a HUGE Croation wedding in Toronto. An heirloom dress, a designer dress, a massive wedding party and more food and drinks than most grocery stores.  What an experience!

Many, many more of these please!

Kevin and Kim: 2 Become 1

A little while ago I had an amazing opportunity to head out to British Columbia for the first time ever, to witness and photograph the wedding of my long time friend Kevin to his lovely bride Kim. They live in quaint Fort Langley where most of the day happened.

The day included bride prep at a local hair salon followed by a nice simple ceremony with close family and friends in attendance. Afterwards we headed over to town hall, an old railway station, a fishermans pier with mountains as a backdrop, and finally we headed over to a sidewalk, yes a sidewalk. It was the walk between their homes while they dated. Perfect for couple portraits. The day ended with an entertaining reception at Fort Langley Town Hall, which is so close to their new home!

I was really happy to make it out to celebrate with them. I wish and pray for thier happiness and for God to work in thier life together. Congrats you two!

Joey + Lyndsey: 2 Become 1

I had the pleasure of covering the nuptuals of Joey and Lyndsey in Stoney Creek Ontario. Things started off with the girls having a great time getting thier hair and make up done at the marriage home, followed by a first look in the amazing hall of the Grand Olympia where we would later return for the Ceremony and Reception. Back to that first look. Love first looks. There's something real special about getting to spend that time with eachother in the morning without having a ton of people staring at you, and you just get to be with them. And I get to capture it sometimes. So fun.

We headed over to Gage Park in downtown Hamilton for wedding party portraits, then back to the Grand Olympia for the outdoor ceremony. A few more photos outside after "I Do" before the skies opened up.

Then Party time. Amazing speaches, guests, and dancers. I really had a good time covering thier day. Take a look to re-live the day.

Enjoy!
